根据《浙江工商大学关于印发研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定的通知》（浙商大外〔2021〕124号文件）第三十条第（三）、（五）、（七）款规定，经旅游与城乡规划学院2022年5月10日，5月24日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下3名国际学生予以退学处理。

VILLANUEVA LEON JUAN JOSE，学号21020069006，该生未经批准而连续14周未参加学校规定的教学活动。
PINA CARDOSO RUI PEDRO，国籍：佛得角，学号20020069003，CSC编号：2020ZFY004092，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请；且未经批准而连续14周未参加学校规定的教学活动。

由于3名国际学生人在境外，特在学院网页公布两周（2022年5月24日-2022年6月7日）。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内向学院提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，将视为已同意该退学处理。
Since 3 international students are abroad, it is specially published on the college website for two weeks (May 24, 2022 - June 7, 2022). If students have any objection to the decision of dropping out, please submit a written application to the college within two weeks. If a student fails to submit a written application within the appeal period, it will be deemed that he has agreed to the withdrawal.
第三十条 国际学生有下列情形之一，学校可予以退学处理：
（一）经阶段考核或中期考核认为不宜继续攻读硕士学位或博士学位的；
（二）在规定期限（含批准延期）内未修完培养计划规定课程，或未完成学业的；
（三）未经批准而连续2 周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；
（四）未在学校规定时间注册超过2 周而又未履行暂缓注册手续的；
（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的；
（六）根据学校指定医院诊断，患有疾病或意外伤残不能继续在校学习的；
（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。
Article 30: An international student shall drop out of school if: (1)he or she is deemed unsuitable to continue studying for a master's degree or doctoral degree after the stage assessment or interim assessment; (2)he or she fails to complete the courses specified in the cultivation program or finish schooling within the specified time limit (including the approved extension); (3)he or she fails to participate in the teaching activities specified by ZJSU for two consecutive weeks without approval; (4)he or she neither registers more than two weeks upon expiration of the time limit specified by ZJSU nor goes through the deferred registration formalities; (5)upon expiration of the period of suspension of schooling or retention of school status, he or she fails to apply for resumption of schooling within the time limit specified by ZJSU, or the application for resumption of schooling is unqualified after the review; (6)he or she suffers a disease or accidental disability that make he or she unable to continue study at school according to ZJSU's designated hospital diagnosis; (7)he or she has not paid tuition and other fees in accordance with ZJSU's provisions.
