根据《浙江工商大学关于印发全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法的通知》（浙商大教【2018】417号文件）第三十四条第（一）（四）（五）款规定，经旅游与城乡规划学院2022年6月2日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下学生予以退学处理。
According to the Article 34 of Measures for the Adminstration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University, especially (1) (4) (5), students will be expelled from our school.

MADEYA TAFADZWA KENNETH，学号 1405062104，该生在学校规定最长学习年限内未完成学业，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。
Van Zyl Gontle Cindy，学号 1505510108，该生在学校规定最长学习年限内未完成学业，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。
Kolosa Vuyani Brendon，学号1605510102，该生长期未参加学校规定的教学活动，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。
Ranita Naomi，学号1805510112，该生长期未参加学校规定的教学活动，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。

由于以上5名国际学生人在境外，特在学院网页公布两周（2022年6月2日-2022年6月16日）。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内向学院提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，将视为已同意该退学处理。
Since these five students are abroad, it is specially published on the college website for two weeks (June 2, 2022 - June 16, 2022). If students have any objection to the decision of dropping out, please submit a written application to the college within two weeks. If a student fails to submit a written application within the appeal period, it will be deemed that he has agreed to the withdrawal.
第三十四条 国际学生有下列情况之一者，应予以退学：
（一）在学校规定最长学习年限内未完成学业；
（二）休学期满，逾期两周未提出复学申请或未提出继续休学申请；
（三）每学期开学后无正当事由两周内未注册；
（四）未请假离校连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动；
（五）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等；
（六）经学校指定医院诊断，患有疾病或意外伤残无法继续在校学习；
（七）本人申请退学。
Article 34: International students shall withdraw from school if they: (1) Have not complete their studies within the maximum years of study stipulated by the University; (2) Fail to apply for resumption or do not apply for continuation of the suspension for two weeks upon expiration of the suspension period; (3) Fail to register within two weeks from the beginning of each semester, without any justifiable reason; (4) Leave school without asking and approval, and do not participate in the University's teaching activities for two consecutive weeks; (5) Have not pay tuition and other fees in accordance with the provisions of University; (6) Suffer disease or accidental disability that make they unable to continue study according to the University's designated hospital diagnosis; or (7) Personally apply to withdraw from school.
