On 10 April 2024, Zhejiang Gongshang University, School of Tourism and Urban Rural Planning had an opportunity to visit the Intercontonental Hotel, located in Hangzhou. The purpose of the visit was to assess the hotel's facilities and services.
The Intercontinental Hotel in Hangzhou boasts a luxurious ambiance with tasteful decoration that seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional Chinese elements. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the courteous staff members at the entrance who directed us to the reception area. The staffs are displaying professionalism and warmth to us.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to tour one of the hotel room in the 18th floor, which had area of 420 meter square. The room featured modern amenities and panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape, depending on the room category. The hotel offers a diverse range of dining options catering to various culinary preferences. From fine dining restaurants serving exquisite Chinese and international cuisines (include Germany restaurant) They create a good environment for have dining, provide VIP room and completed by awesome facilities.
For facilities and Amenities, they provide several facilities and amenities designed to enhance the guest experience. These include a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, spa services, and versatile event spaces for meetings and social gatherings. Their international ballroom has an area of 1000 meter square and can host for any kinds of events.
