根据《浙江工商大学全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法》（浙商大教〔2023〕69号）第八章第二十九条第（五）款及《浙江工商大学研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定》（浙商大外〔2021〕124号）第七章第三十条第（二）款规定（相关条款后附），经旅游与城乡规划学院党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下3名国际生予以退学处理。
According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students’Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69), Section (2) and (5) of Article 29 of Chapter 8 and the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students’ Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124) , Section (3) and (7) of Article 30 of Chapter 7 (attached the relevant provisions), School of Tourism and Urban and Rural Planning decided to withdraw the following international undergraduate student.
1.EAMRATSAMEEKOOL CHOTIMA，学号19******001,超过硕士研究生最长学习年限；
2.GAPURJANOV DIYORBEK，学号19*****102，该生该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
3.KABELO NEO，学号19*****09，该生该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
1. EAMRATSAMEEKOOL CHOTIMA, Student ID: 19******001, has exceeded the maximum study period for a master's degree.
2. GAPURJANOV DIYORBEK, Student ID: 1905510102, has reached the end of his leave of absence but failed to apply for readmission within the university's specified time frame.
3. KABELO NEO, Student ID: 1905510109, has reached the end of his leave of absence but failed to apply for readmission within the university's specified time frame.
以上处理决议特在学院网页公布两周，公示期自2024年9月10日至2024 年9月23日。如对处理决议有异议，请于两周内向学院外事办公室提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。
The above resolution will be published on the School website（https://lvyou.zjgsu.edu.cn/main.htm）for two weeks，from Sep10, 2024 to Sep 23, 2024. If he has any objections to the resolution, please submit a written application to the School Foreign Affairs Office within two weeks. If no written application were received during the appeal period, he will be deemed to have agreed to the withdrawal.
